Wrong Item(s)
If your order is shipped to the wrong address or you receive wrong item(s), Please notify us within 3 days upon delivery by logging in a case on our portal – click here “Contact Us“ quoting your invoice & order number, describing the wrong items received and attach pictures of the items. We will response to you by providing you guidance on returning process & goods will be replaced immediately. Items must be returned to us, unopened and in its’ original packaging, with all accessories, within 10 days of the ship date upon receiving of the replacement. We reserve the right to charge to the original mode of payment should item(s) are not returned on time or consumed.
Damaged Item (s)
Please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipping when shipment arrives. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please logging in a case with us immediately on our contact us portal – click here “Contact Us” quoting your invoice & order number, describing the damage involved and attach pictures of the damage item (s). Our products have a shelf life of 16months from the time of process. Our products do not need to be refrigerated; however, they should be kept in stable, cool environment and, away from direct light. Best around 23-28c.
That said, refrigerating products, especially if you live in a hot climate, will help to preserve them longer. Products are best when used within six months after opening.
Product color and smells may vary slightly from batch to batch due to season harvesting of plants. Nevertheless, this does not impact the quality of the products.
